At NextGen Hope Foundation, we are deeply grateful for your support. Because we are a nonprofit organization, we use donations and contributions to fund programs, services, and initiatives that directly support our mission of community empowerment and social uplift.

 

Please review our refund policy carefully before making any contributions or purchases through our website.

 

 

 

1. Donations

 

 

All donations made to NextGen Hope Foundation are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be canceled or returned, except in cases of:

 

  • Duplicate Transactions

  • Erroneous Charges

  • Fraudulent Activity

2. Event Registrations

 

 

Event registration fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

 

  • The event is canceled by NextGen Hope Foundation

  • A written refund request is received at least 7 days prior to the event date

 

 

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.

 

 

 

3. Merchandise

 

 

If you purchased merchandise from us (e.g., t-shirts, books, or promotional items), you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

 

  • Defective or damaged

  • Incorrectly shipped
